With its modern production plant established on an area of 28.000 m2, with a closed area of 14.000 m2, Disa Automotive manufactures premium quality automotive parts for its customers.

Within the production plant, there are CNC turning machines, Multi-axis machining centers, CNC gear cutting-hobbing-shaping machines, CNC cylindrical grinding, CNC gear generating grinding machines and special purpose production machinery. The serial and systematic production flow is ensured by the implementation of the 5S methodology and continuous improvement principle in all areas of the production plant. The production on all machinery and the measurement values of the products are continuously monitored with integrated ERP system and Industry 4.0 applications to ensure consistent quality.
